A no-kill shelter offering adoptions and low cost spay/neutering services. Great staff and wonderful volunteers in a newly remodeled space.

Good morning beautiful people. For being my first experience it was great. Um they are nice and respectful and they help in resources for the animal to be in good hands. I appreciate the lady who took care of me when all the shelters for animals are full. I had a good experience for being my first time thank u and have a beautiful blessed day.

We caught a friendly local stray cat. They took him in and went to work to make sure he was healthy and comfortable. He was not chipped so they will have to keep him on a stray hold and if no one claims him they will prepare him for adoption. Wonderful experience with ACL

I was looking for a special cat to fill out my furry family. I had to put down a 21 year old cat in December and waited until I was ready. The cat I chose was in excellent health, up to date with vaccines and neutered. He is adorable and friendly. And yes, he is disabled from birth. But what a personality and tail. We are calling him Samson, Sami, for short, due to his long locks.

Really disappointed in them. They come off as strict but then do whatever they want when it comes to the adoption process. My mom was interested in a pup, she applied and called to setup an appointment. The organizer was busy but someone else said they could help. Not even 24 hours later the pup was adopted. Such an Oak Park type of organization.

Wow, better than expected. Warm, welcoming facility. Friendly and helpful staff. We were able to interact with several animals. We felt an instant connection with one and made the decision to adopt. They prepared all the paperwork, medical records, etc. Our pet was spayed and chipped. The price was more than reasonable. They also provided a cardboard carrier to take our pet home. Great experience and highly recommended!

I was searching for a great place to adopt a cat and found this one! They were awesome from the time I called to the time I adopted my new pet. I now have a new addition named Carlos to my family! He's very sweet and energetic! Love him!
